The Futurliner was invited to the 2006 Meadow Brook Concours d'Elegance. The show is considered to be one of the most prestigious events of its kind in the world. Approximately 250 automobile owners are invited to show their cars on the grounds of Oakland University’s historic Meadow Brook Hall. While the picture above shows some of the more modern automobiles, they were surely outnumbered by some of the most outstanding classics in existence today.

This a 1935 Delage. Much of the detail is lost due to the small photograph but it is just a stunning automobile.

This outstanding automobile came from the Peterson Automotive Museum. If I got my facts straight, it's a 1926 Rolls Royce re-bodied in 1934. One of the most distinctive design elements of the car are the round doors. Notice how the side windows are split as they roll down.

The Futurliner was placed behind a row of automobiles from the GM Heritage Museum. It made for a stunning display.

Pictured (on the right) is a lovely reporter/model from a Canadian television station. Even the dummy on the left took notice as she pointed out one of the Futurliner displays.

Pictured are our sales table volunteers. The DVD is the most popular item. It provides a great glimpse into the history of the Futurliner and the Parade of Progress. It also has some original promotional footage on it.
